When there’s a big summer flower project and you think making roses from pages of the secret garden and flower books will look cute, but several hours in and you only have 6 🤦‍♀️😂
Why do I get these big ideas?!

What a lovely message from someone who loved my work enough to make a purchase, this has made my day. 😊

Sometimes we see things that we are instinctively drawn to. This happened to me at the weekend as I was admiring the artwork on the SJC Arty page. 😍

Like poetry, music, lyrics and words, art too is a useful way for processing, experiencing and expressing emotions. Art is a very personal choice and what appeals to one person may not be the choice of others. We can also interpret it very individually.

I saw this painting and was immediately drawn to the emotion that I could interpret from it. I could sense the pain and sadness, the lost soul in the darkness. The lonely wanderer. A place that I am sure many of us can relate to. 😐

You may look at it and see something very different and thats OK. 😊

It will now be hanging pride of place in my house (just as soon as I decide where it is going). It is also the first piece of artwork that I have ever bought! 🤔
