After 8 days on site, some long hours, and a fantastic effort from the whole team, the project at The Sands Centre, Carlisle is now complete!

✅ Subfloor Preparation
✅ 500m² Fully Stuck Carpet Installation
✅ 200m² Safety Vinyl with Cap & Cove
✅ Endless Stair Nosings! 😅

This has been an amazing project to be involved with, and we’re incredibly proud of the finished result. A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making it happen.

Now onto the next one! 💪

What. A. Week 😅

This week has been one of our busiest yet. Our teams have completed over 150m2 of full prep and LVT installations across 4 projects and we still have a further 2 to complete before the week is out.

So far this year, business has been incredible and we can’t be more thankful to all our customers and also our incredible team who always go above and beyond for us and our clients, we couldn’t do any of this without you.

It’s not just beautiful home flooring we create, we also transform public and welfare spaces, helping businesses, schools, hospitals and other facilities stay safe, hygienic and fit for purpose.

Here’s a project completed last week at a local school 🚸

The existing flooring in this toilet block had become a serious trip hazard due to subfloor issues, so a fast turnaround was essential during term time to keep disruption to an absolute minimum.

Our team got straight to work:
✔️ Uplifted the old flooring and screed
✔️ Repaired and re-levelled the subfloor using fast-setting screed
✔️ Installed new safety vinyl flooring
✔️ Finished with a hygienic cap and cove system up the walls

The result? A safe, durable and easy-to-clean space completed in just ONE day 🙌

Weekend? What weekend? 👀🏡

At HB LVT & Commercial Flooring, we never let the weekends stand in the way of transforming homes & businesses!

This weekend, our incredible fitting teams completed over 60m² of LVT flooring across two properties at opposite ends of the region all while delivering the high standards and flexibility our customers rely on. 💪

✨ Project 1
20m² of Sublime Herringbone Aged Grey Oak installed after uplifting & removing all existing flooring & preparing and creating the perfect subfloor on Friday

✨ Project 2
40m² of J2 Tollymore fitted throughout an entire ground floor after extensive subfloor preparation works carried out over Thursday & Friday.

We understand that having work carried out in your home or business can feel stressful and disruptive, which is why our teams always go above & beyond to work around our customers and keep projects running smoothly.

A huge thank you to our dedicated fitters for another weekend of outstanding workmanship and commitment! 👏

Not every day we get to fit something quite like this… 🐆✨

While we specialise in LVT & commercial flooring, our fitters occasionally get the chance to work on something a little different and this leopard print stairs and landing definitely turns heads!

Bold, stylish, and full of personality, the finished result looks absolutely incredible and completely transforms the space.
