Firstly, excuse James's poor acting as you can tell it's not his speciality! However, I hope the message here is clear and relatable.

We've adopted some fantastic new technologies and practices within how we work in recent times, but we're finding along with this comes some unexpected difficulties as we continue our return into the office.

Some of those challenges can be seen in this video; there are new strains on the bandwidth with more virtual meetings, file sharing and collaboration, and even new VOIP telephony solutions. The old wireless infrastructure may not be suitable for these new demands.
