About the Role

We’re looking for a Bathroom Sales / Administrator to join our team. You will be invoicing and working closely with clients and our tradesmen from initial consultation through to final design.

A key part of the role is confidently interacting with customers and the invoicing etc.

Key Responsibilities

· Meet with customers to understand their bathroom requirements, style preferences, and budget.
· Advise on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to bring designs to life.
· Upsell suitable add-ons and upgrades to improve design outcomes and customer satisfaction.
· Manage and organised project schedules.
· Keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.
· Liaise with contractors and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
· Keep up to date with design trends, new products, and best practices in the industry.

What We’re Looking For

· Full UK driving licence (required).
· Experience in sales (preferred)
· Admin experience (preferred).
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Experience in upselling products/services (highly desirable).
· A collaborative, positive approach with the ability to work independently.

Recent en suite installation completed in Middlewich. The customers choice of the Matt marble wet wall panelling next to there tile choice compliment one another beautifully. The gloss white elements wall hung unit and basin and the red room elan HTR are the finishing touches to this en-suite. The customers request was some more storage, so the option we went for was the HIB Eris mirrored corner cabinet which allowed for this and also allowed the customer to have a mirror in this room.

Recent installation completed in Kingsmead. The customer wanted to add a pop of colour to this room, there choice of the Tavistock Arlington unit in Viridian green and matching mirror cabinet gave this room the wow factor but also practicality due to the amount of storage these products have. The finishing touch to this room are the fittings in brushed brass which compliment the choice of the green. A stunning bathroom!
