Initially, another company quoted £900 for just the carpet, a 10mm underlay, and the installation of a carpet named Primo Ultra.

Our reaction? We chuckled and offered them the same carpet with an 11mm underlay for just £550 🤯

Despite our competitive offer, they chose a different route. I presented the customer with numerous options and alternatives, and they ultimately decided on our beautiful roll stock, leading to the quote we provided.

By prioritizing the hallway and kitchen renovations, they were able to organize their space before planning to connect their large lounge diner.

The customer had received another estimate from a different flooring installer for the LVT glue-down option, but our product's superior quality and distinctive features, offered at a significantly better price, made the decision easy for them.
