There's no need to buy synthetic, ultra-processed vegan egg substitutes for baking. With Thermomix you can make a natural, wholefood, egg-alternative and it's super cheap too!
For a medium egg: mix 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed with 2 tbsp water and leave for 10 minutes to thicken up.
For a large egg: mix 1.5 Tbsp ground flax seed with 3 tbsp water.
Tip: keeping your milled seeds as well as nuts in the freezer will prolong their shelf life. Use them straight from frozen.
