It’s with great sadness that I will now be requesting deposits for drawings after being asked to create a piece for a customer who went on to not pay and avoid messages after 22 hours of work.

As this is my only form of income I can’t allow this to happen, as I have turned down other customers to finish that piece. I’m really sorry to have to do this everyone but as I hope you can understand I need to secure the work I do.

From now on I will be requesting a 25% deposit with all orders. Thanks for your continued custom and understanding - Hayley
