Hey, it’s been a while 👋🏻
During my time off, someone very special entered the world & I also moved house - yes, I don’t do things by halves!!
BUSINESS UPDATE -
Due to the house move, we’ve been doing up my new office to make sure it’s good to go, to start back on your orders. This is now complete and I’ll be starting back on orders this coming week 🙌
My first priority will solely be orders that were put on hold last year. These will be completed in date order and to ensure they’re ready as quickly as possible, no other orders will be started until these are done.
If I received your flowers after October 2024, or the final invoice hadn’t been paid/confirmed, your order will be completed in my second phase of return. For any new flowers I receive, I will give you a timescale for completion of your order at the time of your enquiry. This may be slightly longer than usual and I hope to see this time reduce, but I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations.
Anyone with outstanding orders will be contacted this week, if we’ve not already spoke, to discuss the next steps.
Dropping off flowers will now be within agreed hours, or to be left in a secure box outside my property which a code will be provided for.
Collections will be at a time agreed by us both.
And finally, I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has been understanding during my time off, and for those that have stuck by my business. I’m excited for my return to work, but also nervous. I’m sure I’ll take some time to get into a new routine, and I also have to prioritise my sons health as things can be very unpredictable at the moment, but I cannot wait to see what exciting pieces I create with your beautiful flowers
