Do you know what a poppet is? It is a doll, similar to a voodoo doll, only these are not for sticking pins into. Quite the opposite in fact.

These hand stitched poppets have inside them a "poppet bag" containing crystals and herbs which have properties for dispelling negativity and creating calm.

They smell amazing too!
