If you are a fan of Beauty and the Beast and A Court of Thorns and Roses, you have probably noticed the parallels between those stories and the Greek myth, Cupid and Psyche: the foundation essentially the same but with obvious differences that transform each version.

* This sculpture can be found at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France I This sculpture is composed of marble and was created in the 18th century.
* The story of Cupid and Psyche always captivated me.
Psyche was a mortal princess that was so beautiful that it brought on the jealousy of the Roman Goddess of Beauty, Venus. The Greek counterpart to Venus is Aphrodite in Greek mythology.
Venus ordered her son Cupid to avenge her and punish
Psyche but he fell in love with her instead.
For thousands of years, this depiction of forbidden love has captivated audiences.

Palm wax is a purely vegetable, natural product. It is created as a by-product in the production of palm oil. A small part of the production is used right for technical purposes - e.g. to make a candle. The palm wax we use comes from a sustainable economy, where nature is protected and rainforests are not cut down for the purpose of building palm plantations.

The purity and length of burning is due to the specific properties of the wax, which has an extremely clean burning, during which no harmful substances pe*****te into the air.
