Had to stay late to get this job finished. Here's a couple of the toilet ive had to return to complete once plumbing works completed.

A few before and afters of this bedroom,hall,stairs landing.

Plenty of preparation was needed on this one . from stain blocking to deep filler where needed and caulking. Fine surface filler on smaller imperfections and plenty of sanding.

Bedroom colour (making waves crown colour choice)

Ceilings completed using dulux trade (colour brilliant white)

Hall, stairs & landing completed using ( albany vinyl matt magnolia )

All woodwork completed using (johnstones trade oil based egg shell

Stain blocked using zinzer 1.2.3 (water based Primer and stain blocker)

Bathroom ceiling was stripped where it had not adhered. I solved this by stripping it. Coating it with zinzer gardz made the surface more porous. Which helped the normal mist coat and final coats adhere correctly.

I have not had chance to post much recently as ive been busy, here's a few of a job I completed earlier in the week.

The job had fresh plaster,new architraves and skirting.

The fresh plaster on the walls and ceiling needed a mist coat (50% watered down coat).
Before applying 2x coats of dulux emulsion (colour chosen- fresh slate)

And the new skirting and architraves needed priming,filling,sanding and painting, this customer chose a white satin based finish.

Returned today to tackle the office area and en suite bathroom.

All walls and ceilings were finished in Crown clean extreme - stain resistant scrubbable matt.

Woodwork finished in bedec - aqua advanced acrylic eggshell.
