Old skirtings removed ..
Gold sound reducing membrane underlay laid multi size oak boards from 300mm to 1500mm staggered straight through no thresholds,
new 120mm skirting boards installed from skirting world 👌🏻
Finished off with scuff X super white 😍😍

I’ve Had the absolute pleasure of working on these two beautiful homes again this is the 3rd time in 7 years I’ve completed a full exterior redecoration keeping them both looking brand new and very well protected.
all surrounding fences brushed down & finished with Brewers dark brown fence paint
All guttering removed and cleaned before replacing.
alcove facia’s sanded and finished in bedec satin black.
All masonry finished in Sandtex pure brilliant white
Oak sanded back & finished with medium oak wood stain.

STRUM & BASS musical instrument shop front renovation….
It has been Amazing to be part of the Medway council, Medway town’s regeneration scheme for shop fronts & to be the first company to complete one is an honour.

All Works competed,
Old rotten 9mm lower plinths removed that have been on since the 70s
Stud work cleaned and repaired where needed.
New plinths installed in thicker 12mm ply
All timber prepped sanded back & repairs made where needed.
Window edges cut out & Linseed oil putty applied & smoothed around windows.
All timber finished in Zinsser all coat Exterior gloss in the classy Oxford Blue 😍
Security shutters prepped and finished in Hammerite smooth gloss black 👌🏻
