Twitchers Twilight Timer is an all in one timer and dimmer unit, enabling you to create artificial sunrises and sunsets for your aviaries.
Simple plug in and all controlled from an APP and your home Wi-Fi.

All that is needed is simply a dimmable light to mimic the sun and your standard aviary lights for day/night on/off.

These units can handle upto 5A/300watts for the Dimmer socket and 16A/2400watts for the switch socket which is more than adequate for all lighting situations. Comes with a 3m lead as standard, extra length is charged at £2 per/M.

Remember, these units are for lighting use only.

Requirements,
Stable Wi-Fi connection. The stronger the better.
1 x Dimmable daylight bulb. (Mimic sunrise / sunset)
1 x Stable LED lighting (mimic daylight)

New stand alone mobile WiFi units are available, these have a mobile WiFi connection with subs free sim till March 2028. £420.

I’ve not posted for a while, my full time job has been quite demanding for the start of a new year.
However the mobile WiFi models are finally in production. With the 3D printer being used.

Just finished final testing. Can anyone see the new addition.

I have been listening to all your comment’s on the WiFi connectivity of these. Therefore I have been working on an affordable standalone unit that is directly connected to the internet.🛜

And here’s the result. This is a dedicated mobile WiFi box with nothing to pay or subscribe to. It’s a preloaded sim (Data only) with 3GB per month till March 2027. This will be pre-setup and paired with the Twilight unit. This will then give you a dedicated WiFi connection for those aviaries that are beyond current back garden home WiFi connection. The Twilight unit uses around 0.5GB per month so there’s scope to add more units as needed.

I will shortly have an updated board with a dedicated power supply for the WiFi unit, so it’s still an all in 1 unit and able to be a plug and play. No wiring required.

Don’t worry when the data ends. It’s as simple as purchasing another preloaded sim and replacing it with the new one. Which you can purchase from here.
