Sleep Notes, no. 4 ☕🌙

Ease off the caffeine.

That afternoon coffee might be lingering longer than you think. Try switching to decaf or herbal tea from mid-afternoon and see if you drift off more easily tonight.

Small changes, better sleep.

Sleep well, Rugby. 💤

Extra hour, anyone? 🕑

The clocks go back at 2am on Sunday 25 October — the one time of year the time change actually works in our favour.

A few small things that help it feel gentler:
🌙 Try going to bed 15 minutes earlier for a few nights beforehand
🌙 Get some daylight in the morning to help reset your body clock
🌙 Keep your room cool, dark and quiet as the evenings draw in

Sleep well, Rugby. 💤
