🌸 Sometimes it’s not about making flowers.

It’s about taking two hours for yourself.

A chance to slow down, be creative, enjoy a chat, and leave with something beautiful that you made with your own hands.

Tonight at Island CraftWorks we’ll be creating Kusudama flower bouquets from folded paper flowers in a relaxed, welcoming environment where beginners are always welcome.

FREE STAINED GLASS AND CERAMICS WORKSHOPS!!! 😮
Thanks to a Can You Hear US microgrant from Creative Island we are able to deliver a series of FREE Workshops for the residents of Havenstreet and the surrounding areas. 🙌
Paul will be working with you to make a beautiful stained glass Tree of Life, which will be permanently displayed in the beautiful garden of Havenstreeet Community Centre. You will learn how to cut, foil and solder the glass.🌳
I will be working with you to make ceramic tiles to decorate the areas around the garden. 🍀
No previous experience is required and all ages welcome - these are drop in sessions, so just drop in when suits. We could be grateful if you could pls comment if you intend to participate, just to give us an idea of numbers as Geoff and Veronica will be cooking up a storm by way of a BBQ! 🌭
This is a fabulous opportunity to learn new skills, contribute to a permanent piece of community artwork, meet new people and have some fun along the way.♥
Dates are: Saturdays 6th, 13th and 20th June, 10 - 4 x

Join me this Bank Holiday Monday for a relaxed Paper Flower Drop-In Workshop at Island CraftWorks 🌸

Pop in for 20 minutes or stay the whole session — create colourful paper flowers, enjoy a mindful moment, and try something creative in a welcoming space. Beginners very welcome 💛
