Website is now all updated with correct stock levels. Reason it called late season is a large portion of it consists of Ivy honey, it’s what the bees work later in the year and is very highly rated. It’s a different extraction process as it’s solid in the hive. This type of honey will set in the jar if not kept in warm area, if it does gentle heat will bring it back to liquid.

Our bees have been busy — and a fresh batch of pure raw late-harvest honey is ready!

We’ll be at Saintfield Market this Saturday from 8:30am. Come along, enjoy a free taster sample, and support your local beekeeper. 🐝

1lb jars will be available to order online from Friday. If you can’t make it to the market, collection from the house will be available from Sunday onwards.

Bees still very active this time of year when weather allows. The ivy is now really starting and the bees are starting to bring a lot of it back to the hive.

First batch of honey all sorted. Jars are now on the online shop and we will have a stall this Saturday at saintfield market. Both cut comb and jarred honey will be available. My wife has also made up a lovely gift idea as well for the market (photo to follow). Thanks for your support 😍

Been quiet on here over past number of months, lost some hives over winter and went into this year with only 1 hive. Through splitting the hive currently have 3 hives and all going well. Been a good year weather wise and this can be seen the level of honey. Hopefully I’ll get some of it taken off soon and will have some available! 🐝 🌞
