Few little tips on how to decorate your hallway...

✨️Don't be afraid of mixing it up
✨️Add mirrors for extra light
✨️Have a danger zone area near the door, so things don't get knocked off
✨️Add as you go along, doesn't need to be done all on one go

Same house. Different vibe.
Brief. Help add some storage into the awkward space. Add some personality but keep it fresh.

My client decided not to put a mirror up as they didn't find one they loved. Which is absolutely ok. These details can take time and no point rushing if you don't feel you need it.
There is room above the sink area for additional storage options too. I had suggested some shelfs so you can add boxes to store those bits.

The tiles on the toilet wall helps draw the eye up the narrow space. Even though we added a stud wall for the wall hung toilet. It helps create the illusion of more space!

Those taps weren't on the list, but when the Mr saw them when we went into a showroom, he fell in love 😁

*CLIENT BATHROOM PROJECT*

I was invited about 3 years ago to help revamp the family bathroom.

Brief: Create a fresh vibe but with some personality ✨️
We kept the layout but made the shower bigger, the bath freestanding & more storage solutions.

A mix of sophisticated Green & Pink with brushed brass & a twist of pattern.

Still going strong.
A few little things to touch up like the grout.

Did you know that grout is semi porous & will discolour over time? I've found a sealant that will do the job and make it feel brand new again. This means that when its first done it needs to have this protection.

Sometimes choosing yourself can make you feel like you're being selfish.
The mum guilt, the financial guilt, guilt over everything.
Then you stop & think about what you have been through. Especially as a women.
It makes you realise.
Unless you focus on yourself.
Truly explore who you are, life after a rough divorce, life after a total hysterectomy, life after moving homes, life after audhd burnout, life after really sh*tty things. What ever it has been.
You HAVE to choose yourself.
You can't pour from an empty cup.
This retreat helped me reset.

Do not apologise for loving yourself.
You only have one life. Live it.
Be Happy, Be Free, Be Strong.
