Hello Autumn, hello Dear Followers! 🍂🎃☕️

After such an intense and wonderfully warm summer, we have finally welcomed autumn. And I have to admit — I absolutely love this season. 🤎🧡❤️💛

I adore autumn for its beautiful palette of colours — from all those warm shades of brown and red to the gorgeous golden and yellow tones. 🍁🍂🍄
It’s a little bit magical, don’t you think?

And, as every year, pumpkin has found its way back to my kitchen — in all sorts of forms. From comforting savoury soups and dishes to, of course 😉, plenty of sweet treats. 🎃🥖🥐🥧

Last year, I created a concept for a cake, but for various reasons it never made it into my kitchen. This year, I decided to come back to the idea, give the recipe a little refresh and finally bring it to life. 🫯

So here it is — a cake created for all the lovers of coffee, pumpkin and autumn:
Pumpkin Spice Latte Cake. ☕️🎃🍂🥧

Between three layers of beautifully aromatic sponge, you’ll find a delicate coffee cream with a light whipped cream mousse, together with a smooth and creamy pumpkin filling.

And from now on, alongside a warm Pumpkin Spice Latte in a cup, this cake has officially earned its place on my autumn menu. 🤎

I have to say… I absolutely, completely and wholeheartedly LOVE this one. 💛🧡

It’s been a while since I’ve been here, but honestly… there has been so much going on in my life lately! I have so many projects I’d love to share with you, and I have absolutely no idea where to start… 🫣😂

Since I recently celebrated my 15th wedding anniversary, I thought this beautiful wedding set should be first in line. 😉🤍🍪

This little set travelled all the way to Kraków, as a gift for a lovely couple who got married at the beginning of September. 👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏽❤️

The delicate beige tones were chosen to complement the colour palette they had picked for their wedding day — simple, elegant and full of little details. 🤍✨

While some are celebrating the end of the school year, others are celebrating birthdays... 😉🎈🎂
This oversized 19 cm hand-decorated gingerbread balloon was created to celebrate the 12th birthday of a lovely young lady who happens to be one of my biggest cookie fans. 💕 Happy birthday Agatka one again 🤗😘

Every project tells its own little story, and this one was such a joy to create.

Now it's time for me to get back to the next exciting projects...

This delicate set of hand-decorated gingerbread cookies 🍪 was created for Olivia, who yesterday celebrated one of the most important milestones in her faith journey – her First Holy Communion. 🤍👰‍♀️🕊️

Soft shades of lavender, symbolic doves, delicate floral details, and personalised touches came together to create a keepsake as unique as the occasion itself.

Every cookie was carefully crafted by hand, with love and attention to even the smallest detail.
Creating edible art for such meaningful celebrations is one of the things I treasure most about my work.
