As a design studio, we usually love introducing colour, texture and bold patterns our clients may never have chosen themselves… because let’s be honest, working with an Interior Designer is all about being shown the unexpected and stepping slightly outside your comfort zone.

But on this occasion, our lovely clients approached Rowanbeck Interiors wanting a softer, plainer palette, so that’s exactly how we approached the brief.

Light wall colours layered with beautiful beading details, ornamental furniture in mixed woods, stones and finishes, layered lighting and most importantly… plenty of family photographs to make the space feel truly personal.

We’ve been so fortunate to work with such wonderful clients. Cameron & Amy at Nova Coffee Yorkshire appointed Rowanbeck Interiors at an early stage in our design Studio journey, recognising our experience, approach, and eye for detail, while our portfolio was still growing.

2026 has been a busy year so far in the studio and we’re excited to share that Rowanbeck Interiors have been appointed as Interior Designers for Groveland Park Care Home, Bexleyheath.

Earlier this week we presented our concept design for all communal WC’s, shower rooms and bathrooms within the care home. The proposals include fully accessible Doc M compliant bathrooms, designed in accordance with UK regulations.

Alongside this, we are undertaking additional specialist training to ensure our designs are fully considered for dementia care environments. This includes carefully specifying appropriate finishes, products, colour palettes and LUX lighting levels to support accessibility, safety and wellbeing for residents.

We’re excited to share a small glimpse of the concept and look forward to developing the designs further as the project progresses.

We are so excited to share our latest concept for the accommodation at The Oak Wheel Pub.

This scheme focuses on colour drenching, subtle interior tweaks, quirky artwork, and beautiful new soft furnishings to bring personality and warmth into the space. Most importantly, we have prioritised re-using and upcycling existing furniture wherever possible.

When establishing Rowanbeck Interiors, it was always my goal to do our part for the environment. I’ve never believed in replacing something that truly doesn’t need replacing. Thoughtful design isn’t just about aesthetics – it’s about making responsible choices.

By working with existing pieces and collaborating with local upholsterers to revive older chairs, we’ve been able to breathe new life into the interiors while also creating significant savings for our client.

We can’t wait to see this transformation come to life.

Happy Monday 👋🏼

We’ve been busy in the studio creating beautiful rendered visuals for our Foxholes Residential Project.

For the house bathroom, our clients wanted to take a slightly different design direction while still keeping a subtle connection to their ensuite. The result is a space that feels cohesive, yet has its own personality.

This room proves that with clever design choices, even a smaller space can feel bright, stylish and considered. With very little natural light to work with, we focused on introducing a warm material palette and inviting tones to create depth and softness throughout.

Our clients were keen to achieve a countryside-inspired feel. Something welcoming for guests now, with longevity in mind for a growing family in the future.

Thoughtful, practical and beautifully layered.

Our stunning concept for our Foxholes residential project.

The brief for this en-suite bathroom was clean lines with a warm, spa-like feel. We’ve layered beautiful ceramic tiles with an onyx feature, mirrored cabinetry, brushed gold finishes, Capri Calacatta marble and soft, adaptable mood lighting to create a calm and refined retreat.

We’re so excited to see this one come to life.
