I only made a few with snowdrops this year because of the ongoing obsession with my cat. But they are out on sale at in AB's we are open all weekend and bank holiday Monday 😀

A few months ago I went to Kew Gardens. I was fascinated by the growing lotus flowers. Did you know they prefer to be in round pots? They seem so extra special as their pristine flower bursts forth from the depths of muddy water. Something that comes up in Yoga as well. While I was in Thailand I saw lots of lotus and water lilies in their perfect gardens. This design is inspired by these experiences and just to prove to myself how important it is to get out and about! They will be on sale at which opens again with gusto and enthusiasm with on Good Friday.

January- it's a funny month for crafts people. We are starting to build up stock of firm favourites, like mugs, for the Summer. In many ways I enjoy the peace of this time of year. It is a long month though hey?

Excellent firing. The inspector has admired his portraits and has approved. They are packed up and ready to go to craft fair tomorrow.

I am filling the kiln with little cats, especially for this coming weekend. Need to fire tonight for them to be glazed and out by Friday night.
