✨ A little update from Sweet Majic tonight… ✨
I'm feeling sad, tonight’s Psychic Night has had to be cancelled at very short notice.
This evening we were made aware of a possible exposure to a highly infectious illness involving someone connected with our event. Although nothing has been confirmed, I had a decision to make.
And for me, there really wasn’t a decision. 💚
I will never knowingly take an unnecessary risk with the health of the people who walk through my door — whether that is my guests, their families, my own family, or vulnerable people they may be going home to.
I know how disappointing a last-minute cancellation is. Everything was prepared, the pizzas were ready, the brownies were baked and all the bits of majic were waiting. Believe me, cancelling was the very last thing I wanted to do.
But sometimes doing the right thing means making the disappointing decision.
There will always be another Psychic Night. ✨
There will always be another evening for pizza, readings, laughter and majic.
I feel terrible about tonights events, not to mention feeling sad as i hate dissapointing anyone.
People’s health is something we simply cannot replace. 💚
