Prices do not include postage and packaging, this is paid separately. Prices can be found in the description of each of my items, this makes it easier for you to see. A full price list can be provided on request. Returns
You have 28 days
from the day you receive your item to return it should it be damaged, faulty or not to your requested specification once returned, a full-refund will be issued or a replacement. Cancellations
If you have ordered but wish to then cancel, you must notify me immediately. Preparation Time/Delivery
I will be offering slots in the first instance each week and then once an order(s) have been completed, I will offer more slots this is because as customers I value each and everyone of you and do not want to let you down. Orders will take 3-4 weeks to make. On purchase, a date for 4 weeks time will be given. Items will be sent 'signed for' either with Royal Mail or Courier we do also offer a delivery service for a small charge of £3 within a 5 mile radius of Smethwick area you can also come and collect your item should you live within the Smethwick area only.
