Yes, her results have been fantastic. Her consistency has been second to none, and she’s living proof that showing up, trusting the process and putting in the work really does pay off. Her amazing figure is the result of months of dedication, perseverance and quiet determination.
But Lou’s biggest achievement isn’t measured in pounds, inches or dress sizes.
It’s the way she makes other people feel.
Lou is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. She always has something positive to say, always finds the time to encourage someone else, and never hesitates to offer advice or support when another member needs it. Even on the days that challenge her, she somehow still manages to find a smile and lift those around her.
She is a true ambassador for Fitter Body Ladies. She embodies everything we stand for – kindness, encouragement, consistency, resilience and community. She celebrates other people’s wins just as much as her own and helps create the welcoming, supportive environment that makes FBL so special.
Lou, thank you for being such an incredible role model and such an important part of our family. Your hard work is inspiring, your energy is contagious, and your kindness never goes unnoticed.
