Only from my own practice did I understand my body, mind and energy system. And hence I apply my experience and discoveries into my teachings. I employ safe biomechanics , understanding of each asana’s impact and clear intention about its effect on the body. Every student will have an individual approach and assistance during the class. My focus is to attend to everyone’s present need and conditi
on, balance energy according to what is needed in each specific case. Yin has to be balanced by yang and vice versa. I cultivate mindfulness throughout our asana practice to reach the parasympathetic state of the nervous system where the immune, digestive and reproductive systems become activated and invigorated. Respecting ahimsa (non violence) and satya (truthfulness) starts with being truthful with myself about what I know and what I don’t know as well as my intentions in the class. I am in the process of learning from all my students. I learn from each of you and everyone helps me to grow. So my classes are mutually transformative. Feeling of integrity, oneness and fulfilment are my present guides on my path. I qualified in Rishikesh India after completing 500 hours of hatha yoga teacher training course. I am certified by Yoga Alliance. I have also completed the teacher training course of vajra yoga correct approach to spine. I am on the path of transformation and always avail myself of the opportunity to study. I am due to take another healing course in 2017. Whatever I do is based on yogic principles. Yoga has so much more depth to it than just the health aspect, it can mean the transformation for the human being into junior God. I see how yoga can transform our world, bringing consciousness, lighting all corners of this planet.
