✨ Behind the Scenes – God Loves You ❤️

This painting began with building up the background using layers of rich reds, softened with touches of pink, orange, and cream. Each layer was added to create depth, warmth, and movement.

As I painted, I wanted the colours to reflect the richness of God’s love and to magnify the message of His mercy and goodness following us every day.

Inspired by Psalm 23:6 (NIV):

“Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

Behind the scenes of the “God Is With You” Psalm 23 card.

Inspired by Psalm 23:3–4, this design is a reminder that even in the valleys, we are never alone. Looking back, the valleys in our lives often become a testimony of God’s faithfulness and hope.

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for You are with me…” – Psalm 23:4 🤍

I’m excited to share that the original painting will be available for sale in the future, and I also plan to turn this design into an art print.

I created these beautiful blue waves, inspired by Psalm 23:2–3:

“He leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.”

I’m not quite sure what I’ll do with these painted backdrops yet. They might become individual prints or original artworks in their own right—I’m still deciding, and enjoying seeing where the creative journey leads. 💙🎨
