Same board, different styles. Gutted I didnā€™t have a goose one made at the same time as these three versions, as I would have loved a pic of all four together, although Iā€™m not sure I would have been able to hold them up as three was even a bit of a challenge šŸ˜‚. This is the first time I have made the goose board in blue too and I love it, especially paired with my new Vanilla that was used for Beatrixā€™s name. Still so happy I finally found a dusty blue to style with all of my vintage themed makes ā˜ŗļø

Sooo excited itā€™s September 1st and officially the -ber months! šŸ‘»

After all the rain weā€™ve had in Scotland, I wonā€™t be pining for summer - I was longing for it while it was here šŸ¤£

Halloween is now less than two months away and I CANNOT wait to start releasing new designs next week!

This week Iā€™m finishing up my last few First Day boards, then itā€™s full spooky season.

Thereā€™s something just so magical about a little oneā€™s first day. The sleepy excitement, the new shoes and bag, the tiny hands holding yours on their first walk to school, and the dreams that are bigger than they are.

Willow began her school journey yesterday and the first day was such a success which was a massive relief. I had been worrying all summer that I had made the wrong decision sending her this year as she will be one of the youngest in the class and I was worried she just wasnā€™t ready yet but to my surprise she went in fine again today. I know it is still early days but fingers crossed this positivity towards school continues ā˜ŗļøšŸ¤ž

Winter has now started p5 so only has three more years of primary school left. Where did that time go it only feels like it was her starting p1 yesterday walking her to school with Willow in the pram šŸ„¹

Took a little break from work today to take the girls for a wander around my past, to a place Iā€™m so grateful I got to grow up calling home.
Iā€™ll always be a little sad that my dad moved out of this beautiful village, but I hope to keep its magic and memories alive for us with lots of visits.
It would be my dream to live back here one day with a studio and this seaside view, but until then Iā€™ll settle for little visits like today and some quality time with the girls.
One of the reasons I love running Winter and Willow is having the freedom to pause work for family time, take a moment, and come back feeling refreshed and full of new ideas to start making and designing again.
