Wow what a morning!
25 minutes to do a usual 8-10minute journey to get the youngest to school! Made it just in time! To battle the same flipping volume of traffic to get back home to pick the eldest up who has been having a really rough time and this morning has been bad- to get her to school!
I have some NG Tube Tape orders to complete today, some wooden jellycat signs and that will be all I can manage today as I’m helping the other half with some work this morning and then I’m volunteering for the afternoon with the PTA I’m still a part of at my daughters old school, setting up and running their Halloween disco 🎃👻

Been a really busy few days but yesterday and today were spent preparing and then celebrating my youngest daughters birthday. 🎉

When’s her birthday you may ask?? December 30th right at Christmas

We have always done her birthday party with friends part way through the year because after a few quiet parties the start of January we decided to change it to middle of the year . Unfortunately this year it’s ended up being a lot later due to one thing or another but as we made a promise we stuck to it!!

Yesterday I made her birthday cake from start to finish! It’s not my finest work and it’s definately not something I’m that good at but she loves it! She’s had a dinosaur cake every year I think!

Have you ever celebrated a birthday a long time after an actual birthday?!?

Good morning!!!

Sorry it’s late I slept in so only had brain capacity for the school run!!

Then came home to start work and realised that actually our house guinea pigs really needed cleaning out! The eating and pooing machines as that is literally all they do-you know if you ever hear anyone say that then seriously they are, that is all they do. They know the sound of the fridge in another room, the sound of an envelope, a packet, a parcel they think it’s food!!
It’s like the GUINEA PIG ALARM has gone off!!!

Anyway they needed cleaning and honestly you can barely tell I spend aaaaages doing it as there is hay everywhere poo everywhere! And now I’ve got to
Set to and get some work done before the afternoon school runs!

Here is the little monkeys cookie and teddy munching on their hay as if they’ve never been fed ever!! Believe me they have!!

You know you own a small business when.……….

You’re sat up at midnight working while everyone else in the house is fast asleep.

The tea went cold hours ago, the house is silent, and you’re still telling yourself it’s “just one more design.”

It’s not always glamorous, but there’s something quite special about those quiet late-night hours, making something that’s going to put a smile on someone’s face.

Tired? Absolutely. Worth it? I hope so! 💛

Does anyone else own a small business? If so, what’s your tell tale sign??

We’ve got the gorgeous following results for hypafix tape/tubie tape/ng tube tape !!

Sunflower patter (gorgeous and successful)

Strawberry pattern (beautiful)

Daisy pattern (not as successful maybe needs pressing for longer and taping better as it’s patchy in the middle)

2 bunny patterns (both gorgeous and colourful)

Christmas pattern (beautiful pattern works great but due to not taping tight enough I did have a faint patch in the middle but against that is an easy fix)
