✨ A Magical Night in Stone! ✨

We had so much fun last night selling our Aura & Ash lamps outside Ten Green Bottles for the Stone Christmas Lights Switch-On! 🎄💡

There’s something so special about being wrapped up in the festive atmosphere - music playing, lights twinkling, families out together… and the incredible support from everyone who stopped to chat, browse, or take a lamp home.

Thank you to Ten Green Bottles for having us, and to every single person who showed us love last night. Community really does make this time of year feel magical. ❤️

🌿Green Glow Up Mojito (No booze, all boost!)🌿

A hydrating, antioxidant-rich drink with a zesty twist!

📝 You’ll need:
• 🥒 4 slices of cucumber
• 🌿 6 fresh mint leaves
• 🍯 1 tsp honey or agave (optional)
• 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
• 🥬 A small handful of baby spinach (don’t worry—it disappears into the flavor!)
• 💧 1/2 cup coconut water (or still water for less sweetness)
• 🧊 Ice cubes
• 💦 Sparkling water to top off

🧑‍🍳 How to mix:
1. In a blender, toss in cucumber, mint, spinach, lemon/lime juice, honey/agave, and coconut water.
2. Blend until smooth and vibrant green! 💚
3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you want it silky smooth (optional).
4. Pour over ice in a tall glass.
5. Top with sparkling water and give it a gentle stir. ✨
6. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon or a mint sprig if you’re feeling fancy! 🎩🌱

Our Story

Carl's Story

Aura & Ash started as a quiet escape — a way to cope, to breathe, and to find light.

I live with multiple chronic health conditions that often stop me from doing the things I want to do — including working full-time. At times, it felt like life was on hold. But in the middle of all that, I found something small that gave me peace — creating.

It began as a hobby. I started making lamps from real tree branches — each one shaped by nature, each one completely unique. It was calming, creative, and slowly, it gave me purpose again.

The name Aura & Ash came from that contrast. “Aura” represents light, energy, and the feeling we carry — even when we're struggling. “Ash” reminds me of the burnout, the illness, the tough times… but also the strength that comes after. From ashes, something beautiful can grow.

This is still a small weekend project, because of my health. But every piece I make is honest, natural, and made with care. Aura & Ash means a lot to me — it's a little light I can offer to others, made from the moments when I thought I had none left.
