Last weeks job in alpheton that I managed to finish. This one was booked in for months due to having damp repairs, plastering works and lots of new oak timber fitted. This is an old council property originally so lots of prep on this one. Wonky walls and silk paint everywhere. Hall stairs and landing, living room, dining room, study and down stairs toilet, all completed in 12 days. Most of the rooms took 3-4 coats of paint. Back in a month to complete the bathroom 😀

A 2.5 days freshen up on this, hardly any prep and only a slight colour change. Back later in the year to complete some more rooms at this property.

Those who know me know it’s not all decorating around here, this is a bathroom i decorated last year and back again this year for a full revamp 👌🏼
Total rip out on this, floor self leved, gypsum based bonding coat behind a shower wall do not mix well, bonding and rotten timbers removed and new stud wall fitted. A million tiles fitted then on to the decorating. Just waiting on the riser panel to arrive under the shower and this is another job done ✅

Finally got this beautiful house over the line for a repeat customer 😀 this one took longer than expected with all the rain we’ve had recently but was worth the wait. This property had a full fungicide wash and pressure wash, lots of timber and render repairs, plus a small amount of bird proofing to stop any bird mess on the freshly painted walls. We took all the ironmongery off the doors and give them a fresh lick of black paint before putting them back on.
We used paint & library paint for the walls the colour was truffle.
Woodwork was Johnstones stormshield in white satin.
I’m back at this house later in the year to complete the last 2 rooms 😀
