Update Regarding the new lockdown:
We are offering an appointment only service at our surbiton & Chessington stores: 10am till 3pm Monday to Saturday’s,
All you need to do is give us a call to make an appointment.

We can also come to your home to take measurements and bring the samples to you if you prefer.

We are still operating all our fitting services and there is still space avalaible for new floors to be fitted before Christmas.

We are open from 10am-2pm from Monday,
We would prefer people to call and make appointments first to avoid waiting,
We will limit the number of people to two in store at a time to adhere to social distancing.

We can now offer appointment only visits in two of our stores (Surbiton & Chessington)

Then we can book a time for you to come to the store to make a selection.

As your aware non essential high street shops are still closed until June 1st, which means we still cant open our showrooms.

We can however start to book site visits to our customers homes, with safe distancing measures kept, and only when all members in the household are showing no symptoms of COVID-19 ,
We can bring a selection of samples to your home where required and provide you with quotations.

Manufacturers will start to return this week which means we will be able to start arranging fittings to our existing customers, all be it at a slower pace then usual,
