In the last decade the need for hand painted print design has sadly been outwitted by the use of computer aided design. During lockdown 2020 my freelance teaching came to a halt. My need to be creative resurfaced & I wanted to do a little project to bring joy to the local community. With my sidekick (my boy), I hand painted 'Happy Hearts' & hid them in the local area. I asked people to upload a photo to my FB page & to re-hide, to share the joy. From there, I had requests to hand paint custom paintings; anything from portraits to rainbows! At nearly 3 years on & I've barely put the paint brushes down since!
