I’m just about recovered after open studios! 😆 what a fabulous weekend that was 🥰
Here’s another little video of my next reduction Lino print in the ‘tasty’ collection 🍌
I absolutely love how this came out!

My first ever reduction jigsaw lino print! 🍦
Super duper happy with how this has come out!
It did however reduce me to tears on more than one occasion 😆🫣

A really fun little print reminding me of summer days, and the first in a series of food based prints i’m working on.

This is a limited edition of 8, and their first outing will be at ☺️

This one is called ‘strawberry sauce’

What’s your fave icecream flavour!? Im not a huge icecream fan but I do like a salted caramel cone (from tesco 😂)

Im working on my second print in the food series at the moment, no tears so far with this one but I’ve only done the first print so far 😂 I’ve been sharing updates in my stories…. It’s taking ages 😂😬

Hello!!
This is The last video from my acid etchings. These ones have the edition of chine collè. Honestly could not be happier with how they turned out!!

Im really hoping to have some ready for but I may have to do them without the Chine collè….. because time is running out and it’s taken me sooo long to figure out my ‘press’ at home to get good prints.
The other video is on my feed if you wanted to take a look.

I’m also currently working on some fun reduction Lino prints that will be ready for Swindon open studios, they are food based and they are colourful 🙌 I’ve really enjoyed working on them. But they do make my brain hurt 😅😂

Did you know you can use CDs 💿 to create Drypoint prints?! Since getting a slightly better machine to print my prints on I’ve been experimenting! We have stacks of unused CDs so I’m trying to think of designs that would work. I may cut some up and lean towards some more abstract designs. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This was just a tester so I went with flowers to try out some different marks. It came out way better than I expected.

I had been hoping to share more videos of my experiments but I’ve either been busy or ill 😩

I have a feeling it’s my body’s way of forcing me to slow down so I’m listening to it and taking things slowly for now before the rush starts up again in a few weeks 😬

DryPont on an old CD…. Very cool!

Embossing!! Also very cool… I see more of these in my future!

Bokeh… love this effect! Played around with it at the fireworks in Plymouth!
