Another project completed! 🎨🏡

It's so rewarding seeing all the preparation and hard work come together.

For this project, the existing room was given a complete refresh, with the panelling, built-in media unit and walls all professionally prepared and finished to create a clean, modern look. The soft sage green paired with the neutral walls has completely changed the feel of the room, making it brighter, calmer and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.

Careful priming, filling, caulking, sanding and attention to detail are what make the finished result stand out.

A huge thank you to my customers for putting their trust in Luke Brushneen Decorating Services. Your recommendations and continued support mean a great deal and keep my small business busy – it's genuinely appreciated.

If you're thinking about refreshing your home, whether it's a single room or a full house, I'd be happy to help.

From water damage and blown plaster… to smooth walls, crisp ceilings and a fresh new finish 👌

This project needed more than just a coat of paint — I carried out:

✔️ Repairs on water damage to the ceiling

✔️ Sorting and stabilising blown plaster

✔️ Thorough filling and sanding throughout

✔️ Full preparation (the bit nobody sees but makes all the difference!)

✔️ Fresh paint to bring the whole room back to life

Love seeing a room go from patchwork repairs and dust sheets to clean, bright and ready to enjoy again.

Nice transformation on this lovely open-plan space.

All prepped up and given a fresh coat throughout, leaving it looking clean, bright and ready to enjoy. The lighter finish really lifts the whole room, especially with all that natural light coming in 🌤️

Another transformation completed as part of a larger project I’m currently working on 👍
This room has gone from a soft blue to a fresh, clean neutral – instantly brightening the space and giving it a more modern, timeless feel.

The lighter colour really opens the room up and works beautifully with the natural light and wooden flooring.
It’s always great to see how much of a difference a colour change can make!

🎨✨ Before & After ✨🎨

This space started off plain and neutral, and now it’s been completely lifted with this bold pink door and refreshed walls. It’s amazing how much difference a strong colour choice can make — it really brings personality into the space.

As always, the prep work is just as important as the final coat. Taking the time to protect everything properly and get the surfaces right is what gives that smooth, solid finish at the end.

If you’re thinking about updating a room or adding a bit of colour to your home, feel free to get in touch.

My diary’s filling up over the next couple of months, so it’s always best to book in early 😊
