I am super excited to be doing my next supper club, on 28th of November at lutton village hall. At just 50pp for 3 courses and canapés.

The last time was such an amazing event, yet this one i'm sure will be better yet as i have been working on this menu for a while, and am so proud of it.

I will be using beef that graze in ratby field just behind the village hall, from Longbrook Farm | Beef & Lamb Meat Boxes .
The pork I shall be getting from Johnsons Butchers who are amazing at what they do.

Fantastic evening Lutton Village Hall on Saturday.
Some asparagus, pea, green beans and lemon gel tartlets, followed by a lamb ragu topped with potatoe foam. A main of venison loin, venison bonbon, carrot puree and dauphinoise potato and a red w**e sauce. Then to finish off the evening a rhubarb and apple crumble with custerd.
