Hi all, I volunteer each week at Anstee Bridge in Teddington which is a creative learning program that supports vulnerable teenagers aged 11 to 16 who are struggling with mainstream education due to emotional, social, or mental health challenges.
Creative Respite: Students are typically referred by their schools to attend Anstee Bridge. They spend time taking part in therapeutic, art-based workshops, like music, drama, and crafts, to rebuild their self-esteem.
Life Skills & Future Focus: We aim to help students bridge the gap between education and adulthood by developing life skills, emotional resilience, and clear post-16 career or educational goals.
Community Integration: Students frequently engage in community projects such as local art exhibitions and intergenerational workshops to help them reconnect with society.
They are a charity so always need additional funding . On Saturday 27th June, we will be participating in a 15 mile circular sponsored walk from the Guildhall in Kingston around Bushy Park and Richmond Park and back again. We would be so very grateful for your support of sponsorship.
You can scan the QR code on the attached flyer or use the link below to offer whatever you can. You can't underestimate just how much even a small donation could achieve but please give generously if you can.

I can say first hand what an amazing impact Anstee Bridge has on these students in all aspects of their lives, and they openly state how grateful they are for the help and guidance and education they get.
Many thanks in advance ❤️
