Ingredients:100g unsalted butter1 teaspoon sugarA pinch of salt140g flour (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)200ml water (1 cup)4 medium-sized eggs (3 if large)Instructions:Boil water, butter, salt, and sugar in a pot, then remove from heat.Add flour and stir continuously until a dough forms. Return to heat and stir for about 2-3 minutes, then let the dough cool.Once cooled, add eggs one by one, stirring well after each addition.Divide the dough into two equal parts and place them in two molds. Use a spoon or silicone spatula to create a wavy shape.Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 35 minutes (do not open the oven door during baking).
