Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, faking it till I make it. Here is a glimpse into my art diary that I started today, for anyone who cares to read it. I’ve been struggling lately with where to place myself and my art. Am I a fine artist, or am I an illustrator? Do I need to define myself?

Also, I didn’t write this in there but Instagram feels a lot like shouting into the void. You put your artwork out there and for what? A couple of comments and likes?

I’ve been waiting to share this pattern collection with you and I’m so excited 😁 I’m really proud of the “Floral Harmony” pattern designs and the art prints. I think working on collections of artwork and patterns that are connected is how I’m going to try and work in my art practice going forward.
