The past couple of weeks have been filled with the most inspiring conversations… connecting with fellow artists, some of whom have quietly become wonderful friends.
There’s something so special about finding people who understand the ups, the doubts, the excitement, the constant pull to create. I feel really grateful that our paths have crossed.
Yesterday, during a meet-up with an arty friend, time completely ran away with us, and I was introduced to Big Magic. One idea that really stayed with me is that creativity isn’t something we own… it’s something we respond to. Ideas are out there, waiting for someone to bring them to life—and they choose people who are open, curious, and brave enough to act on them.
It reminded me why I paint… why I keep showing up, following ideas, colours, and moments that feel worth holding onto.
Feeling very thankful for all the support, encouragement, and connection lately—for the people and moments that keep that spark alive. If I haven’t said it already, thank you. I truly appreciate you.
