🟩 28th September 2026 - 9th January 2027 - The Art of Giving: Handmade for the Season - - Showcasing British Craft in this Winter exhibition, displaying the work of many British artists.

⬛ 7th - 15th November 2026 (11-4 Thursdays - Sundays only) - Bucks Craft Guild - Festive Pop-Up at The Farmhouse, Swanbourne - Obsidian Art will be hosting the Christmas Show once again in the lovely surroundings at Swanbourne. With a wide variety of work expertly curated and ready for purchase from Bucks Craft Guild members.

🟨 5th & 6th December 2026 (I will be exhibiting on 5th Dec only) - - Turner Contemporary Margate. A carefully curated ceramics market at Turner Contemporary, Margate, showcasing ceramics by the sea. Free entry.

⬜ 10th July - 30th October 2027 - Gallery, Farnham, Summer Exhibition 2027 - A variety of pieces from the 'spaxe to breathe' collection will be on display at the New Ashgate Gallery as a part of their Summer Exhibition.

It's been a little while... I went on holiday, ate a good amount of pasta, saw a wonderful amount of beautiful things, took many pictures and then came back to visit Yorkshire Sculpture Park in a heatwave to see my porcelain work on display as a part of Design-Nation UK X YSP Shops MADE showcase (more on that later on the week) along with a fabulous group of contemporary crafts people.

Whilst I catch up with myself, I wanted to just share a quick post of some of my space to breathe collection as I work on getting pieces ready for my next show. With freehand Sgraffito decoration using a variety of tools (including an embroidery needle and furniture upholstery tools), gilded central swooping line using real gold leaf, and matte underglaze finish. I am really looking forward to getting stuck in to this collection again ready for new shows... More on that soon too... Watch this space, exciting things are coming

We packed down from a week ago yesterday, and I am still processing what an amazing experience it was in so many different ways.

The new collection was a bit of a gamble, but it was so well received, I am absolutely delighted. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped and chatted about the work, the ethos behind 'space to breathe', potential future collaborations, commissions and exhibitions, it was wonderful to connect in person with so many people about this new body of work. Not forgetting those who also purchased a piece in person, it really was the cherry on the top of a wonderful show, thank you. 

It was an absolute privilege to be included in this year's Future Icons Selects, a part of and in to , the show itself was fantastic, well curated, advertised, attended, I couldn't have asked for more. On top of this, the help, support and championing of all the artists by Louisa Pacifico was unbelievable, what a powerhouse. A huge huge thank you to Louisa for all that you do, it cannot be overestimated.

Finally, the artists themselves, Louisa has created such a supportive environment, it's no wonder all her artists are not only unbelievably brilliant, but genuinely lovely, helpful and supportive. I am so sad that it's over for this year, so grateful to have been a part of it and so excited for what's next.

As if that wasn't enough, there's a lovely new flurry of followers, welcome and thank you to everyone that stopped by and had a chat, it truly was a delight  to spend 7 days discussing all things contemporary craft, galleries and commissions. Only 2 days left to catch this year's edition of , the feedback so far has been astounding, the curation by is phenomenal, the work is wonderful and includes everything from weaving to glass, ceramics to stone carving, and an area of wonderful works showcasing artists, it really is all you could wish for under one roof. open today Sunday 17th May 12-6, then back open Tuesday 19th May until Thursday 21st May 12-6 daily.

Looking back over the last 3 days, I cannot believe how quickly it has flown by. The feedback to this new collection has been phenomenal, fantastic chats and red dots on pieces destined for new homes.

Today is the last day of PART ONE, then we are back on Tuesday 19th until Thursday 21st for PART TWO and I cannot wait!

Make sure you don't miss out in the heart of Shoreditch, it is a wonderful show.

Today has been set up day for , a part of . So much wonderful work within the 9,000 square feet of ... And it's not even finished yet...

So I  thought I would share another little look at my latest collection.

This is the first post of the actual collection... so there are a few things here that might look a little different... You may notice the unglazed finish, which I am VERY excited to share properly... and this particular piece is one of the 'accent pieces' of the collection, complete with 23.5ct gold leaf thanks to the wonderful (an enormous thanks) who so generously showed me the ropes under pressure, set me up with supplies and then patiently answered my raft of follow up questions, I am so very grateful to my studio mate, it really is the cherry on top of a collection of Porcelain works that I am incredibly proud of.
