Another LVT flooring project completed this weekend! 👌

This job included full floor preparation and LVT installation to the landing, stairs, and utility room.

During the project I uncovered a problem with the existing screed in the utility room, which had cracked due to poor previous installation. Rather than laying over it, I uplifted the failed screed, carried out the correct preparation work, and applied the appropriate primer to ensure a solid, long-lasting foundation before fitting the new flooring.

The staircase was finished with sleek black stair nosings, giving it a modern look while adding durability and safety.

I take pride in doing every job properly from the ground up, because a quality finish starts with quality preparation.

Another happy customer 👌

I recently finished this full downstairs flooring job with a modern grey herringbone LVT throughout the living room, hallway and kitchen.

The finish is seamless and flows throughout, hitting the centre of every doorway with clean cut around edges.

The customer was over the moon with the finished result!
