Perimenopause brain fog 🧠 Things I have done this week:

Put the Salt 🧂 in the fridge 🤦‍♀️

Looked 👀 everywhere for my phone 📱 and it was in my hand

Walked into a room and stood there for 45 seconds with no clue 🕵️‍♀️ why I went in there.

Forgotten a word I’ve used my entire life.

Called my kid by the dog’s name 🐶

Written a reminder to check my reminders 🤣

Started a sentence and just… stopped.

Googled something and forgotten what I was Googling mid-search.

Early onset dementia?

Nope.

Just perimenopause doing its thing. 😅

My brain is still in there somewhere 🤔
