Combining Peruvian ceviche with an Italian classic: fennel and orange salad with octopus ceviche. Needed some chili oil. But damn, it was good.

Made my favorite pizza style today cause I felt a bit homesick. Roman pizza, crispy and light. Cooked for 3 minutes in my Volt 2.
What a great bake. Topped with San Marzano sauce, fresh mozzarella, chorizo, Kalamata olives and some arugula to freshen it up.
Time to watch a movie.

Dough nerds will spend 48 hours discussing “flour strength” and “spiritual enlightenment” just to end up with a flatbread. 🙄 Don’t get me wrong, dough is great, but the sauce is where the pizza actually starts making executive decisions.
Jake and I decided it was time to give the tomatoes some main-character energy. We put together this little book of sauce recipes because honestly, our brains needed a break from obsessing over hydration levels. It’s refreshing to talk about something other than bubbles for once! 🍅🐕
