One of the perks of delivering a good service is the call backs and trust that customers put in you!

After plastering and decorating for this customer, I received a call requesting me to fit their new laminate flooring after being let down by another contractor.

As a and , this wasn’t in my usual remit!… but sometimes you have to go the extra mile 👷‍♀️

A glimpse into an ongoing transformation!

This hall stairs and landing is having the full overhaul 😎

- Skirting boards and architraves removed
- Downstairs walls levelled and plastered
- Stairwell and Landing wallpapered
- Painted downstairs 🎨

Next up is new skirting and architraves and a bit of TLC for the bannister and other woodwork 👷‍♀️

Sometimes, you need to go the extra mile!

Yesterday I had a panicked call from an existing customer:

They’d had tiles removed, ready for a new kitchen, only for the plaster to completely fail and start falling away from the bricks 🧱

So after some late night hours around existing bookings - I took 2/3 of the walls back to brick, re-boarded and then skimmed ready for the fitters in a weeks time 👷‍♀️

Crisis averted and another happy customer to boot
