We converted a shower room into a wet room. The floor was sloped to the drain and covered with Altro non-slip flooring. New white marble wall panels fitted around the shower area. New pedestal and basin with matching wall panel for the splash back. New comfort height WC. The shower and grab rails fitted at a lower height for accessibility and comfort.

A new kitchen install with grey pebble units and brushed chrome handles. Induction hob, concealed extractor, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer appliance's were fitted. Aspen Crystal quartz worktop fitted with a granite composite white sink and an instant boiling hot water chrome tap. New splash-back and walls tiles. Plinth board heater installed. Unit lighting added and vinyl click flooring was fitted throughout the kitchen. Finished with painted walls and ceiling.

A kitchen install with a two-tone cupboard design with walnut wall units and porcelain coloured base units. A breakfast bar island with cupboard units and wine rack added to the centre of the kitchen. Installed solid oak worktop then oiled. New kitchen appliances were installed for cooker range, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. A wall archway was removed prior to fitting. The ceiling was re-plastered including the walls. New lights were fitted. Finished with new oak vinyl click flooring throughout the property.

Updated downstairs WC room with white semi recessed hand basin, vanity unit and toilet with a contrast of black accessories. Ceiling and walls were replastered. Grey patterned floor tiles added. The walls were painted green with small white retro tiles. Installed 2 wooden shelves above the toilet. Finished with an LED coloured light mirror.
