Non Dotty post!

A huge thank you to Adrian and Daniel of Bird Property Services for another fantastic decorating job. Having transformed our lounge last year, we asked them back to work their magic on our hallway and stairs , plus sorting out several other issues in both bathrooms and the upstairs bedroom.

We are so pleased with the end result, we went with the same paint colour and carpet as the lounge so that everything flows nicely. Having lived here for 20 years, raising our family and making do, we are finally on our way to achieving a grown up house 😂

If you are looking for a friendly professional service then I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

PS I have plans to fill the ledge by the stairs with coloured glass, I'm looking forward to collecting some more pieces and adding to it over time.

Something a little different from me today. Yesterday evening I attended a Kinusaiga workshop with the very lovely Jaime from The Makers' House, Fareham
This was such a fabulous relaxing and fun activity, very satisfying and accessible even for complete beginners like me!
My moon gazing hare is now proudly displayed on my sideboard.

If you're looking for a crafty workshop there are loads to choose from at The Makers House, I would definitely recommend you have a browse at all the options.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend.
