The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Mrs D Shipley trading as Rainbow’s End Creations and the customer. Placing an order indicates the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read carefully and print or download a copy for future reference. The Goods
We endeavour
to give as much specific information as is reasonably possible about each piece sold by Rainbow’s End Creations. All images, descriptions, specifications and advertising is solely for the purpose of giving an approximate description of goods and are subject to copyright. Payment for good and delivery is required prior to dispatch. All products are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time. We currently only take payment via PayPal but we hope to change that in the very near future. Orders will only be processed upon payment. Should you wish a piece to be reserved a deposit can be taken to secure a piece however failure to pay in full within the allotted time frame previously agreed by both parties will result in the piece being put back up for sale. Not all goods are available for deposits and we reserve the right to refuse this service at any time. Payment can be made via cheque or postal order although goods cannot be dispatched until payment has cleared which can take as long as 10 working days. Please contact us prior to placing an order should you wish to discuss this option. Delivery and charges. Delivery will normally be via Royal Mail unless specifically stated however courier services and other signed for delivery methods are available but will have to be discussed and agreed by ourselves and the customer prior to dispatch. Delivery charges will be adjusted depending on method of delivery chosen. Packages will be despatched within a maximum of 3 working days with confirmation of despatch being sent to the customer depending on customer supplying their email address. Any delays will be communicated to the customer directly however we are not responsible for delays caused in transit by the postal system. We are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by delay of delivery of goods. However we will do everything within our power to ensure that packages arrive on time. Should the customer prefer insurance is always available for postage at extra cost. Returned Goods. If a customer is not totally satisfied with their purchase for any reason they have the right to cancel their order within 14 working days from the date of delivery for a refund or replacement to the same value. Postage charges will be incurred by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any goods in the condition that they were received. Prior to returning any products please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note if the customer returns the goods after 14 days after you have informed us you wish to cancel your order your rights to cancel will be withdrawn. Pieces made to order cannot be refunded so please make sure you make it very clear and discuss with us fully exactly what you require. General. The terms and conditions shown do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods from Rainbow’s End Creations you must be over 18 years of age and accept delivery in the UK. We treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions above. Privacy Statement. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and will only use and information collected to lawfully process orders and send promotional material if permission has been given (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
