We have a couple of projects at their final stages of design to finish off 2022 before we’ll be officially retiring Kerry Louise Interiors.

This is our organic inspired minimal student scheme with a nature inspired palette to create a warm space with a slight rustic edge.

We have conducted over 6 viewings within 48 hours of listing the property and are already fully booked tomorrow visiting all our launched houses! 👏🏼

Our personable service and competitive properties mean we’ve been lucky (👉🏼🪵) to be working with amazing tenants this year and hopefully we will be rented up before Christmas again! 🎄🥂

⚒️ TOP TIP for FLAT PACK ⚒️
On my first fit out which was a 5-bedroom house for a friend ... back in 2015 the going rate was a Nando’s .... .. my wise friend taught me that the best way to do flat pack is to LOOSELY put all the bolts, washers etc together AND then tighten once everything has aligned!
I’ve built a lot of furniture using this method and it has saved me no end of frustration!

We’ll be gracing the beautiful city of Bristol at the end of September for our last student season fit-out job of 2022! ☀️

This client has chosen the finishes for their mixed-unit apartment development and we’ll be bringing the “KLI touch” of light/floaty pieces to style it ready for the marketing material.

We are currently working on a bespoke long-term design finish pack for this client with various themes, cost points (🥇🥈🥉) and in-line with their current supplier networks as well as introducing them to ours.

It’s perfect for developers who are acquiring at pace, need accurate quotes, quick, from their QS’s when offering and working with the economies of scale/building supply demand to keep in control of costs.
