Harassment and Trolling !

Recently I received a bad review from someone I've never had any communication with, not completed an installation or even met the man!
Sadly people are so pathetic they want to ruin another businesses good reviews by trolling and telling lies!
I asked the man kindly (repeatedly) to remove the review, however he's refusing to ..on top of this he then threatened to leave another bad review ...we'll he has ..or his friend has ..both men who don't live in Scotland and I've never done work for.

I won't stand for this. My lawyer has been informed as this is slander and disgusting behaviour from another human.

Please if you have had work completed by me I'd really appreciate it if you could leave a review to combat this nasty behaviour!

Hello, hello :)

It's been a few months since i last posted- you may have wondered where i've been!?

The past few month's have been tough for us as a family and i've not worked much.
Also i have been battling some health issues and injuries that i'm slowly getting over.

I would like to thank the customers who have remained by my side, shown kindness, patience and understanding. You have made the difference :)
The world is in a weird place and it gives me some hope that people can be awesome to each other!

I will make a conscious effort to get back to customers quicker, provide quotations and home visits in record time so that you all have the stove & fireplace you have so dreamed of :)

Do you have a cold spot within your home?
A "sunroom" or Conservatory isn't warm in winter ...it's bloody freezing isn't it.
Then be like Steve from Dunfermline.
He took advantage of the Termatech Tt21R deal and had us install it in his conservatory.

Looks cracking doesn't it ? He'll be sat watching the rugby tomorrow in a toasty warm space

You're watching the neighbour across the street chopping logs for his stove and wish your wife would just agree to that axe you have had in your Amazon basket for the past 3 years...she keeps saying no !

Maybe you're out of shape, so she doesn't want to see you topless swinging an axe...or to scare the neighbors 🌲🪵🤣.

I say sod is old chap, buy that axe, get chopping, she'll fall in love with you again and be on the phone with us in no time ... Glen, I need you at my house tomorrow to fit a stove!

Well, there we have it .job solved
