Before/After - Faversham, Kent

When my clients moved into their new home, the kitchen just wasn’t right for them. It wasn’t just the look—it didn’t work practically for the way they lived as a family either.

Rather than extending, we completely reimagined the space. A new layout, timeless materials and deep navy cabinetry transformed it into a kitchen that’s brighter, more functional and feels like it truly belongs to them.

It’s a great reminder that sometimes the biggest transformation isn’t adding more space, it’s making the space you already have work beautifully 💙

✨ Moodboard of the Week ✨

I’ve officially retired Monday Moodboard because, let’s be honest… during the summer holidays every day feels the same! 😂

This week’s inspiration is for a child’s bedroom that feels playful without being too “childish”. A room they’ll love now and hopefully still love in years to come.

I’m a little obsessed with this colour palette… 💙🧡

Kitchen Refresh - Part 1

The layout already worked — but the finishes felt too cold and didn’t match how the family wanted their kitchen to feel.

Swipe through to see the new direction: warmer tones, natural materials, and small details that make it feel lived-in, not showroom-perfect.

If your kitchen needs the same kind of refresh, send me a message 📧 🌟

I’m Emily.

Mum of three. Interior designer. Based in Kent.

Design has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I studied Industrial Design back in 2007, and a few years ago completed a diploma in Interior Design to bring me back to what I love most.

I now help people create homes that are beautiful, practical and designed for everyday life—not just for the photos.

If you’ve been thinking about making some changes to your home, I’d love to help. Just send me a message 📧

Every project starts with a conversation.

How do you use the space? What’s not working? How do you want it to feel?

From there, I create bespoke design concepts that bring together layouts, colours, furniture, lighting and finishing touches to create a home that’s both beautiful and practical.

Here are a few snippets from some of my recent projects. 🤍

If you’re planning a renovation, moving house, or simply have a room that never feels quite right, I’d love to help.

Over the past few months, I’ve refined how I work so things feel clearer and more supportive — for both clients and me.

I now offer three ways of working together, depending on what stage you’re at:
• Design Clarity Sessions
• Room Design
• Phased Ongoing Support

Each is designed to give calm, practical direction without overwhelm.

If you’re planning changes this year and aren’t sure where to start, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
