Hello 2026.

Pasta time with our resident Italian. Adelia.

After making and rolling their dough..

The class made cute tortellini stuffed with sweet potato and cooked in a chilli butter and fennel fronds. We sat down to enjoy these for Saturday lunch with a glass of Sav Blanc.

The class followed this up with a layered roasted vegetable lasagne, mastering the bechamel and tomato base. Packaged and taken home.

A delightful way to spend a cold and grey weekend afternoon.

We hosted our first private event for a Friends Christmas party.
Even had a few little helpers in the kitchen rustling up an orange and polenta cake. 🥮
